Ashutosh Vaitha is a young entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and the founder of Ashan Industries, a purpose-driven company focused on developing innovative solutions that empower neurodiverse individuals through communication and accessibility. Inspired by his younger brother Vishan, who was diagnosed with non-verbal autism, Ashutosh transformed a deeply personal experience into a mission centred around impact, inclusion, and innovation.
Since founding Ashan Industries in 2021, he has become a recognised youth leader, receiving more than $60,000 in mentorship, scholarships, funding, and entrepreneurial opportunities through national innovation, leadership, and startup programs across Australia. Along his journey, he has been mentored by leading entrepreneurs, speakers, and industry professionals, like Jahin Tanvir and Harry Singha who have helped shape his vision for leadership, storytelling, and business impact.
